Just had my second annual tune-up of the system installed by One Hour in July '22. Brett was friendly and clear about the state of my system and his suggestions for improving it.
Any company can sell you products but this company sold me on trustworthy community service. I just felt good dealing with Matt and with Bret who followed. They were both knowledgeable and professional. I became a customer for a new HVAC system after my furnace fan motor failed and I have no regret choosing them to do so.
Bret was very helpful, He explained what the different parts were and how they worked together with each other. I liked the fact that he spoke clearly. Thank you, Bret! Prices are reasonable.
