We have been through renovation projects at 3 different homes and MSC has been far and away the best experience of the three! Communication is key in any project and MSC knocked it out of the park with consistent communication through every stage of our basement finish. The format they use for relaying information and daily expectations is very easy to understand for the customer. We also greatly appreciated the fact that Austin's estimates and allowances were very up front and we paid what we expected rather than getting hit with overages etc. Overall, we are thrilled with our new space and can't recommend MSC highly enough. We were extremely pleased with our renovation by MSC Enterprises, Inc. Every person we dealt with was kind, courteous, and very respectful of our home. Austin Cornell and his team were so easy to work with—they provided valuable input and were always available to answer questions or help brainstorm ideas. Our project manager, Danny Iseman, played an integral part in making sure the day-to-day work ran smoothly and efficiently and his co-worker, Bob, was amazing!! We also appreciated everyone’s kindness and affection towards our dog, Stella!! We would highly recommend MSC Enterprises to anyone looking to renovate their home.
