I have had 2 warranties through MBPI and too many repairs to count. Dennis in claims has been the most wonderful godsend through it all. He is the true definition of wonderful customer service. Everyone needs a Dennis in their life!
Two words (names): Jason Gibson. On the way to the dentist, a light popped on my Ford Escape dashboard exclaiming a “transmission failure alert”, marking the worst day anyone could ever have, ever. Luckily, I had an extended warranty with MBPI, and I connected with Jason who answered my 100 questions with patience and professionalism. He then spent weeks —literally weeks — liaising directly with my chosen local mechanic shop, staffed with gentleman who are weary at best and hostile at worst of extended warranty companies. I deal with warranty companies every day and Jason with MBPI is by far the most pleasant and helpful claims adjuster I have dealt with in years. I don't mind calling in to them, they don't have the typical 30 minute wait times that other companies do and I appreciate them understanding how busy a shop is and respecting our time.
