I dropped into the Lock Doctor with my tail tucked, embarrassed for embarking on a DIY task that totally bombed. Not only did they have my lock fixed, keyed to match, and oriented properly to match my deadbolt (which is what I had previously attempted) it was inexpensive and they didn't make fun of the mess I'd made! :) Very friendly and quick. I would definitely do business with them again (although hopefully not needed) and would recommend their services to anyone.“
