I volunteer at a local nonprofit that had issues with its payroll taxes and filings dating back several years. Julia opted to take our problems on, and she and her team worked tirelessly to correct our financial issues. We now use Julia's office for our bookkeeping and bi-weekly payroll and couldn't be happier. Julia is a consummate professional, and her team is trustworthy, engaging, and attentive. I highly recommend her services to anyone who needs a compassionate guiding hand with their day-to-day financial needs or a seasoned professional to correct any back financial issues. Julia and her team can do it all and do it well.
Julia has done the taxes for myself and teenage kids while they were in college, and now as they are on their own. She takes the time to help us determine what scenario is best for all of us when filing. Great team to work with!
Having recently moved to Missouri from Seattle, we needed to change the CPA handling our tax filing due to now needing to pay state taxes as well (Washington doesn't have them). Julia's business came across as a recommendation and at first things were great; however, there are some concerns that will cause me to do further research and seek out alternatives in time for next year.In a nutshell though, the problems we ran into were all rooted in communications. Now, I understand it is tax season and folks are busy; however, leaving multiple messages via their web portal does not guarantee a prompt response.
