After having several other HVAC companies that were either no shows or ghosted us after saying they could do the work, I contacted Hometown Hero’s as a recommendation from a friend. Even though we live outside of their service area, when I explained our situation, Andrew made plans to come out that day to see what was needed and provided a bid. He stated they would start the following week replacing all of our heat runs, add a heat pump, new air handler, new hot water tank, dehumidifier for the crawl space etc. They were actually able to start just two days later and I had a crew of guys here working to get it all replaced and our heat up and running. Luis Lopez was very courteous and detailed in explaining what my problem was and explaining all of my options. I would recommend Hometown Heroes heating and cooling to anyone. They responded within a couple of hours and will be replacing my system tomorrow. Thanks guys for the prompt and expert response and service.
Recently, Hometown Heroes installed a new heating and air-conditioning system, as well as a water heater and expansion tank, in our home. We were very pleased with their efficiency, professionalism, and friendliness.
