I met Toby Shultz after training a Bodybuilder for a year. We needed to get someone that knew nutrition and could prep him for a show. I didn’t know what to expect? Not only did I find out Toby was one of the best trainers and nutritionist I’ve met in 27 years on training and competing myself. But that he is also a World class person who ended up becoming a great friend too.Toby Shultz is one of the best in the Midwest! And he cares about everyone! I have been going to Elite since June and I have to say that Toby is amazing. This is a great, non-judgmental environment. Everyone is there to get stronger so people are supportive regardless of your fitness level. Toby is very professional, supportive and will work with you on your specific goals.
