I have been extremely pleased with the quality and value of my products & services from Donaldson. The technicians are experienced, polite, will to explain what they are doing & don't push unnecessary products/services. The office is responsive and professional in all interactions. The company was very helpful during our process to evaluate various furnace replacement systems. Overall, it's a great company that I definitely recommend.Services: A/C system maintenance

We had a wonderful experience with Donaldson! Our A/C compressor went out and they were courteous in explaining our options for replacement. We eventually opted to replace both our A/C and furnace even though they were willing to just replace the A/C. The deal they offered was better than another one we got from another vendor.I liked how they gave us three options to choose from and made it easy to compare them. They were on time to all of their appointments and they did the install all in less than a day. Excellent workmanship. FAIR prices. Polite. I changed from Neal Harris to Donaldson on my electrician's recommendation. Very happy with their service for 2 years now. Neal Harris was charging extremely high prices.
