Thank you Leah and Cindy! Stretch and Flow kept me out of the doctor's office! Use to have terrible hip bursitis, now I don't even notice hip pain at all. Walking and sleeping pain free! Also shout out to your website/designer, so easy to maneuver and schedule classes. Love it! Looking forward to taking/adding other classes in the future at CB Yoga! ❤️

I attended my first yoga class in a long time. I did a basic beginners class and it was perfect! I felt welcomed by the group, it was just the right level of challenging and I can’t wait to go back! Ready to improve my wellness and gain my flexibility back!! Thanks Leah for the great class!!

I signed up for 21 days of unlimited yoga for $49 (Summer 2023) and so far I am very pleased! The teachers are excellent and class sizes have been relatively small. Nice ambience and sense of security as well. 10/10 will go again ? update: 10 weeks and still going strong. ??‍♂️?‍♀️??
