TLDR; Career Resume Consulting helped me secure a new position that doubled my salary over the 6 figure total compensation at my previous employer in less than 4 months. Now the rest of the review: This is the first public review I have ever written for a company and I couldn't be more delighted in that fact. Career Resume Consulting with Tammy Kabell at the helm was my best experience working with a career services company in 30 years. After 2 years of searching for a new position on my own and with these online so called services it was clear I was getting no where and I bumped into Brian Kabell on LinkedIn. He set me up with a conversation with Tammy and about 2 weeks later we were off to the races. Tammy's team was incredibly professional and really took the time to understand what i was looking for and where my mind was at. The team never promised a miracle or anything they couldn't deliver and were very up front that I had to put the work in as well. During the Executive Branding phase they crafted a new resume for me and updated my LinkedIn profile in such a way that all I could say was "Is that really me?" I knew the facts were right but the language was so much better. After the resume we started the "Networking Super Highway" and that is where the magic began to happen. I am an "Actions speak louder than words" person and up to this point it was all words but oh my as we started the networking activities it was pure action. Within 2 weeks of starting I had more phone calls and discussions regarding opportunities with senior executives than I had in the previous 2 years and if I am honest I would add in the job search I did in 2011 and still not reach the same number of conversations. Near the end of that 2 weeks I was contacted by the man that would ultimately become my new boss. He created a new position so that he could bring me on to his company. Now my experience is not normal and I am not saying everyone that works with Tammy and her team will experience what I did but it wouldn't have been possible without their fantastic efforts and unbelievable skill. It is said that "you get what you pay for" in the case of Career Resume Consulting, you get WAY more than you pay for. Tons of free resources and a regularly scheduled live stream with additional videos on YouTube with pointed and timely advice.
