My house looks and smells like it's brand new after Blake cleaned the carpets! For anyone who doesn't have 8 hours to wait for your carpets to dry with a wet treatment this is who you need to use.
High level of professionalism. Jon was a straight shooter and told us right out of the gate what his services could and could not do. When he completed the work, we were definitely happy with the results.
Impeccable customer service. Jon replied to my request within minutes even though he was on vacation. Had me on the schedule that day.Blake was actually ahead of schedule on the day he cleaned our carpets, and as a courtesy, asked if it was ok to come early. He was courteous, polite, and efficient. Answered questions I had about the process, and was respectful in moving some furniture pieces when needed.Most importantly, my carpets look fabulous!!
