This is one of the worst banks they took my dads house when he died I got a pink slip on it i told them I needed 1 week for the ins check to come in and i would pay off the lone they said ok tgey came and change the locks and lost it everything in it. So they are a joke like bank of America

this mortgage company doesn't care a thing about you they could have saved me a ton of money and time by having just done their job from the start but instead they did not do their part right from the begging costing me money and time and then was very rude and disrespectful to me i highly recommended going with another company to handle your mortgage needs i would not want anyone to go through what i just went through with them i would run as fast as i can even the supervisor when i spoke to him told me that brandi martin did not do the right thing and that she was spoke to about it well thats all great but that didn't help me with all the money i spent on... read full review

I was a mortgage broker for many years before I was a Real Estate Agent. I would consider myself very hard to work with because of my knowledge. I have worked with several mortgage brokers over the years. Mike Cannady has not only met my needs but exceeded them. He knows his programs and always answers his phone. He treats every transaction as if it was his own house.
