Amazing atmosphere! The owners are amazing and the staff is very helpful whether you’re looking for fitness advice or nutrition. They are always there to help. The cleanest gem I’ve ever been to.

Previously went here. Good gym. Best gym in kc. 10/5 stars if I could. Owner is just the best guy in the world. He’s 1 on 1 and will do anything for his gym. I don’t doubt it. He cares so much and he’s so nice.
