Our Electrolux Washer quit working. Made a call to Abbey n Lees Summit and spoke w/Kurt. He arrived within hours of my call, exactly on time. After some disassembly and diagnosis he found and correct a wiring issue. He then thanked my son, the home owner, for his military service, he is a disabled vet, and told us No Charge. Wow! Professional, on time, efficient, knowledgeable, and a nice person. I will never call anyone else if I have a future problem and would recommend them, and him, to any and all. My thanks for the great job.
