Thank goodness for Jesse! I couldn't reach out for help with my water heater until about 3, so I was relieved when he said he could come over after finishing his other job for the day. He asked great questions to help figure out what I needed to have done, and got that 17-year old water heater replaced. He kept me informed, got done in the time frame he gave me, cleaned up well, and the bill was right in the pocket he'd estimated before he got here. Jesse was also polite and friendly on top of doing great work. Thanks, again!
