Either they were busy already for at least 2 days before they could even get here... or they told us (over the phone), they couldn't repair a unit this old... it would only be a replacement call. So, he says he'd come out that afternoon! He got busy, but did show up the next day... the unit could be repaired, we found out... but the part would have to be ordered. 2 days later, the part comes in - he comes straight out and installs the part. Also offered a discount to the military. Prices were reasonable for factory parts / replacement! Very professional, and showed up when he said he would be.“
