I have been extremely happy with this company. I put a whole new system with 2 furnaces into my home, which is very old (1890), 3 stories and a bit challenging to control the climate in. Putting a system in an old Victorian is complicated and requires a bit of troubleshooting but these guys have gone above and beyond for me. My former contractor didn’t “like” some of the places that vents and returns were necessary and literally built over some of what Double C put in. In one case he tore a vent out, unbeknownst to me. My a/c went out on one of the hottest days this summer. Called and they had tech at my location within 30 min. The company was nice to work with over the phone and my tech Brandon was helpful and informative.Service: A/C system maintenance
