Josh is great to work with. He listened to our needs and provided options that were within our budget. I really appreciated him keeping us up to date with the schedule and any issues. Most local contractors we have worked with or attempted to work with may or may not show up, don't seem to care how quickly the work gets done, and often have a very "fluid" budget. Josh exceeded our expectations for timeline, stayed within budget, addressed some issues we didn't originally know about, and has great attention to detail. He is certainly one of the best experiences we've had since we built our home on the Lake.
Our HVAC blew a capacitor on a Saturday afternoon, with no major parts company open, I called ozark, they were able to help us by having the part available, while not normal operating hours, he was super kind to let us come get the part we needed and charged us a reasonable price for the effort.
