Flooring near Lake Ozark

“It is very sad that people enjoy bashing businesses just because they want to. My reviews should be all 5 star because there is no business that cares more about her customers than I do. Tasha Ann has never been a customer, her husband was an installer who wouldn't finish his job, so he didn't get paid, so Tasha threatened to destroy my customers home, and then filed a false police report saying I attacked her, then went on and posted negative things about my business on Lake Happenings. As far as Dobbs, she was never a customer, so she must have confused me with another store. I have been in business for 35 years, and do everything in my power to satisfy my customers. I don't think I would still be in business if any of those thing were true. These people ruin it for everyone who reads reviews. I can't say that every customer I've had over the past 35 years was happy, but I can say, I went above and beyond to make them happy.
