if you are looking for a party hotel, this is your place. really beautiful rooms, clean hotel and right on the water. great swim up bar, nice pool. great people watching. H Toads had a solid breakfast buffet (i actually don’t like buffets but this was good). only NEGATIVE is the live entertainment venue. music was great, very cool to have on property however, the band played until 1 am and if you have a room closer to the venue the vibration and sound is very loud in the room. we are all about having a good time but a bit annoying when trying to sleep. definitely ask for a room either mid hotel or near pool area (although DJ plays very loud music during the... read full review

Monday-Thursday is nice and quiet but if you stay the weekend be ready to party. Not a family resort at that point. Loud music until 1am, drunks walking the halls, Marijuana smell in the halls. We stayed here for a baseball tournament. Kids loved the pool area and being able to fish off the dock. Room has a nice little kitchen.

Great location, room, and service, however, don’t expect to be able to go to sleep before 1am, as the attached entertainment venue and restaurant across the bay BLASTS music until the early morning hours.
