For years I never had a problem, but the last two have gone steadily downhill. I have not been able to purchase any of the trains my son wants. Everything is sold out all the time. Nothing available for birthday, Christmas, or Easter. Even the in stock emails are worthless. As soon as I am in the process of purchasing, by the time I get to finish it is sold out again. Very frustrated and disappointed that I can’t get anything for my train loving boy.
