I called a night before and they scheduled me for the next day as early they could and was a amazing service thanks for the towing and waiting time the are friendly and understanding staff .
I actually really loved this towing company up until Jan 2024. My daughter was hit and her car was towed here by the officer bc it was on a major road and not operable, during artic like winds/snow. I was lied to about the tow bill cost by an extra $100. Car was in bad shape when we went to "TRY" to get everything out. Unfortunately, I was denied access to OUR belongings or OUR PAID for car. My daughter suffered injuries and was now without car to get to work or school. She had school work in her car and many other items that were destroyed bc of the freezing Temps. These guys are seriously the best! They helped me out when I had a flat and had me back on the road so quick. It went from a high stress moment to good laugh. Scott was a lifesaver. Highly recommend them.
