“Excellent all around! Highly recommend! Starting with John, the owner, who came to our house to assess the situation, make recommendations, and write up the proposal. Very knowledgeable and professional. Then came the installers Justin & Ryan...great guys! Friendly, personable, and treated our home like their own. They arrived when they were supposed to (a few minutes early, in fact) and went right to work. They laid down a cover to protect our hardwood floors, took some items off the wall so they wouldn't be knocked off while huge and heavy equipment was carried into the basement, they were kind and polite to us and one another, they were supportive and appreciative of the team of guys who delivered and carried the equipment into the house, and they took off their shoes to walk on our carpets! During the two-day job they worked diligently, cleaning up and hauling out the trash as they went. Once done, they gave us a helpful tutorial on the new equipment. Without hesitation I would recommend Zipf Air. (They provide excellent on-going maintenance & service too!)“
