“Cool gym that suits all, including serious lifting. Clientele is diverse in age, gender, and skill level. People are friendly or keeps to themselves. I never have trouble finding an open treadmill or elliptical and rarely have to wait on other equipment. The big fans, chairs, water bottle filler, and scales are handy.“
