Furnace went out one night in January which happened to be one of the coldest in years. I called Peter's 1st thing in the morning and they said they would send someone out ASAP. Shortly after Todd showed up. He came in diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in 30 minutes. Todd was polite and definitely knew what he was doing. Very happy with our experience with Peter's and especially Todd.
Peters did an excellent installation of our HVAC when we built our house in 98 . They also were excellent with subsequent service. We upgraded our air-conditioner recently. It was a difficult installation because the more sophisticated unit needed extra wiring to the thermostat. I don't know how but they got it done.I have every confidence in Peters.
Todd is a fantastic technician. Todd is very knowledgeable, conscientious, and respectful. And the ladies that answer the phones and handle the scheduling are exceptional. Even though we did not buy our current units from them, Peters takes care of the service and does a great job in a very timely manner. You can be sure as we replace our heat pumps and furnaces in the near future, we will buy them from Peters.Services: AC repair
