Was able to find a place relatively quickly with great help from the office staff, maintenance guy was prompt and kept good communication on any small issues that came up. 👍👍👍

I rented from kpm recently and honestly was a great experience. Staff was really nice and always there when I needed something. Maintenance was always on top of things! Will definitely stick with kpm if I moved back to Kirksville.

They were so helpful in moving me in quickly and worked with me when I needed to leave early. They have been incredibly helpful and it has been great living in one of their buildings.
