I had a ring I wanted cleaned for my son to give his long time gf. They cleaned it up, got me a perfect box but the best part is they were able to give me some info on the ring that made me feel so good. Later I bought a necklace & had 2 watches fixed. Every transaction was a great experience. I'm actually going to take in a few pieces that need to be fixed or cleaned & I'm 100% confident about satisfaction. Customer service is important & they are aces, I also enjoy the locally owned business vibe. Every time I have gone in there they have a smile on their face and are ready for anything! I needed my ring re-sized and thought I needed one size down but the next day after it was adjusted I needed a little more. I was able to come in the next day to get it re-sized without any additional charges. Truly two of the sweetest people.
A little backstory: My husband bought our wedding set from C R Miller Jewelers in 2012 and I loved it from the beginning!! Now that we’ve been married 11+ years he wanted to upgrade my ring. I’m too sentimental to get a new ring to replace my original so we decided to upsize just the stone. Corey worked so well and quickly with us even though we’re now out of state! We will never use another jeweler no matter where we live! C R Miller is the only way to go!!
