“My first time in the salon and it was great! Even though they were super busy, I was seen within 10 minutes. I requested a manicure and gel polish, and that's what I received. Cuticles were treated and trimmed, and polish was great!

I had been to 2 different salons in Excelsior Springs, requested a manicure and color, but neither salon did anything with my cuticles! The second salon, I had to request a cuticle trim but he refused to trim them until AFTER the polish. I don't like sneaky business tactics of minimum polish to get the customer back in sooner.
