I took my laptop for cleaning and upgrading and then took our desktop after that. Very knowledgeable, very courteous. Called me about issues they found and gave me recommendations. Knowledgeable, courteous professional service, no quick fixes for those who are in a hurry repairs done on my pc were done within the work week in a reasonable amount of time. There were many issues with my computer glad i was patient enough to wait for complete repairs to be done. Jeff G.

Jim is very knowledgeable with desk and Laptop They are great a trouble shooting problems with Virus and speed issues. Our farming operation was blessed to find such an honest veteran in the computer repair business to work with and understand our need for speedy repairs.
