Hampton came out to replace a hot water heater, a p-trap, and the water service entry lines. While we were not able to fix the water service entry lines (due to no fault of them), they did absolutely amazing! They talked to me about the situation and showed me all my options. They were extremely nice and they will be my new plumbers for any plumbing needs. I highly recommend them!

Hampton Plumbing is working on my new-construction project as a sub to my GC Edward Franklin Building Co. While they've had a few guys work on my house, Kenny's been my point of contact a few times. He's been very communicative, helpful in explaining particular steps, and patient as well as responsive to impromptu plan changes in the field. Through their good work and flexibility I'm saving a lot of expense as well as potential future trouble (we were able to eliminate a grinder sump pump setup for a house with 7 bathrooms through one easy deviation from design). I'm looking forward to working with them closely through rough-in plumbing.

It's hard to find a quality company especially when it's a locally owned business. I've used them a handful of times and couldn't be happier! More people tend to complain than to praise and I would like to say the negative reviews are more upset Karen's than a real look of the type of service you get. I encourage others to use Hampton Plumbing and go inside cuz you'll get to see their dalmatians!!!
