Signed up for my first yoga class and the staff was super helpful in guiding me to the right one and getting it scheduled. The sauna and plunge afterwards were great. All around a wonderful experience. Highly recommend Yoga Patch!

Love the classes and variety of instructors. First couple of classes were not right for me but thankfully I kept coming and found some amazing classes and teachers. The heated room has the right vibe to get a good workout in a relaxed ambiance. The candle-lit yoga class and music selections definitely make the experiences even better. Staff is great and always welcoming.

This space with the teachers and students is so welcoming for everyone. I started taking classes with a friend a few years ago, having been being very unflexible for my entire life and always saying that I "Don't do yoga". The teachers that I started with specialized in slow flows and meditatiive classes and helped me to feel secure in where my body should be in each pose and how to make it work for my level of flexibility. I was hooked and have been a student here for the past 4 years. I love the community in this space - you can feel it when you walk in.
