    The staff is great with anxious cats. They were patient with me prior to the appointment and explained the variety of fear free techniques they use, and were so kind and caring with my 8yr old Tortie.

    Definitely 5 stars!! I will say Union Hill Animal Hospital is the best full service veterinary clinic in Kansas City. All of the doctors and staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. You definitely won't go wrong in choosing this clinic for your fur babies.

    We appreciated Union Hill Animal Hospitals' hospitality with our large breed female dog named, Echo. Echo was very afraid and we wanted to get her caught up on her shots and treat a swollen nipple from nursing puppies. We appreciated how understanding the staff was towards are very nervous Echo. We were also able to schedule a time to get her fixed and we are continuing treatment for her swollen nipple with antibiotics and laser treatments. Echo weighs 95 pounds and is very gentle with humans but becomes nervous in new places even though we have traveled with her quite a bit in our large van, so we were greatful the staff understood her nervous behavior and somewhat unwillingness...read full review
