I am updating the review I wrote below. Everyone, I mean everyone, I have spoken to on the phone at this clinic has been either rude or stupid, no exaggeration. I am so glad I cancelled my appointment because if the poor quality of service extends to the medical staff, then I would be in big trouble having them perform surgery on my eyes.I am a new patient and just called to set up an eye exam. The person scheduling the exam was unprofessional, singing and talking to herself during the appointment making process and making it unduly long and tedious. My appointment is scheduled at 1030. Hope it dosnt start 2 1/2 hours later like in the comments
