I came in last week for a haircut that was.. meh.. I wasn’t satisfied and called back asking if they would be able to fix it. The manager Courtney personally made sure to handle fixing it and gave me a cut I was highly satisfied with despite having to pivot my normal style based on what had already been cut away. She properly comped the haircut as it was a fix and then recommended a new hair product that I’ve never tried but am really happy with. I normally frequent a different sport clips but will definitely be going back there and trying to schedule with Courtney because it’s clear how much she values their clients.

I had an amazing experience with Kristie! She listened carefully to what I wanted and gave me a fantastic haircut. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor made me feel comfortable throughout. I left the salon feeling confident and happy with my new look. Highly recommend!
I went to the Sports Clip at 905-C Westport Road to get my autistic son’s hair cut. Courtney was our hairstylist and when she called us back, she asked my son for a handshake to break the ice. I let her know my son is autistic and touch is very hard. Courtney immediately understood and said she is good with autistic children and will make sure he has a haircut he likes. During the appointment Courtney described the process to my son at a level he could understand. Courtney was quick, efficient and thorough. My son’s haircut was completed within 10 minutes without a meltdown or fuss from him.
