There are about ten pediatric dentists that are closer to our house, but I wouldn’t stop bringing my kids to Dr. Thomas for anything. He is so kind and always makes them feel at ease. I couldn’t recommend him enough!
This review is long overdue! We had a fantastic experience with Dr Thomas and staff. My daughter had bumped a tooth that suddenly became infected on Christmas Day a couple of years ago. Our dentist advised we needed a pediatric dentist. I frantically began calling around town searching for anyone that might be able to help in an emergency situation for a new patient…over the holiday nonetheless. Dr. Thomas was the only dentist to return my call. He got us antibiotics to get through the night and an appointment for the next day. The staff was so caring to my 4 year old. They helped her feel safe and explained what they were doing in terms she would understand so she knew what to expect. Later that night, we even received a call from Dr. Thomas, checking to see how my daughter was doing. While this was a scary situation, we had a great experience here and I’ve made several referrals to the Shoal Creek office. 10/10 recommend! 🌟
The ladies in the office were Amazing. Being able to text to set up my sons first dentist appointment was so easy and helpful. I got confused on where their office was and they called to help me find it and was understanding when I was late! Appointment went quick and dentist was so nice and complimented my son. Thank you all so much!
