Today we went in for my son’s first haircut miss Kristen was our stylist. And she was nothing short of amazing. She cared about what I wanted. She helped me decide her whole vibe was great and my son did absolutely perfect which I was shocked. He is a mama‘s boy and I thought it was going to be a difficult experience for him, but it was GREAT!! We will definitely be going back to her for sure!!

I was super worried about bringing my 2 year old here based on some reviews that they rush haircuts and it’s dirty. But, the space was super clean and check in was so quick! The little shopping area was a welcomed distraction while we waited for the haircut (less than 5 minutes) and while I waited in line to pay for the haircut. Courtney took her time (30 minutes) with our moving target and was super flexible. We started in an airplane and ended in a seat cuddling dad. His haircut was super even despite all the flailing. I’ve had rather subpar experiences at this location before, but today that all changed! Kristen was truly amazing with my 3 year old daughter. She went above and beyond giving me info on how to style her hair at home, along with many other tips and tricks. She took her time, and my daughter left feeling like a princess! Highly highly recommend her specifically.
