They don’t return phone calls in a timely manner. They tell you that your vitals are normal when your blood pressure is 180 over 110 and I said that is not normal. They proceeded to tell me that it was. Might look into a different place if you want to stay alive.

Dr Williams was the best, I’ve had to see NP Shelia Kohl since Dr Williams left and Shelia is the most unprofessional medical professional I have ever met.

Most incompetent billing department. Not worth the hassle of even coming here unless you want hassle for months afterwards

My mother was a patient of Dr. Kim Smith's and recently my mom passed. I wanted to extend a tremendous Thank You to Dr. Smith for her compassionate, professional care of my mother's health. Dr. Smith always took the time to listen, to speak to my mom directly, and was available if I had questions for mom's care. Dr. Smith and her team were a part of the reason that she lived just short of 2.5 months of her 101st birthday! She received excellent care here!

I have been in the St Luke’s system for 15 years and my primary care physician is retiring. I selected Dr Parker at the St Luke’s Primary Care office on Barry Road and called to try to setup an appointment and was told the first available appointment is in October of 2025. Today is 24 June 2024 and I have daily prescriptions that will have to be refilled many times before then. I explained to the person on the phone that that will not work and her response was sorry there is nothing we can do. No offer of another physician in the practice that I may be able to see. I explained that this will force me to leave the St Luke’s system and she again she told me there is nothing they can do. I I guess if I want to stay in their system I will have to start driving half an hour plus to see a doctor. What a joke.

Scheduling new patients six months out is not healthcare.

I had a shockingly great experience at my women’s wellness exam! It went so well that I wish I could send my husband! Haha. Melissa Pottebaum was wonderful and put me at ease, along with the rest of the staff. They were all so friendly and kind. Even my blood draw was pain free (I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to needles) and the results were posted so quickly on the patient portal (and so easy to read). And the rest of my results just came in (again, so quick) with a friendly message. I will not be going anywhere else from now on!
