Corey showed up on time and was professional. Evaluated the issue and suggested the coarse of action which was NOT the most expensive, no upsell. Cleaned up after the work asked if I had any question and collected his gear. Pleasure doing business with Corey even if this wasn’t a pleasant job to be done.
They were able to come in less than 2 hours (even on a holiday) and got everything back working again! Nate was very professional and took the time to explain what what he was doing and why.
