Colleen is the office manager and she has always gone above and beyond for making sure that I am taken care of. Even on the weekend, she gets the job done. Not to leave out Mr. Jeff Hall, who has been reliable in delivering my equipment to me. I sincerely appreciate their hard work and going the extra mile. I especially appreciated the extra effort during the pandemic to keep me healthy!
I have recently changed services and I was just told that there policy is they only deliver oxygen tanks once every 90 days ? and you will have to make the trip to exchange, I did not imagine this or I would have stayed with lincare. I have had other issues with the tech...
Jeff was an excellent tech and gave us a detailed explanation of how to use our equipment. And was patient with us in repeating parts we didn't understand arrived when they said.
