I contacted them early on a Monday morning and blaze was at my door in half an hour! He was very professional, respectful and explained the entire process to me. The work was done in a timely manner and blaze cleaned up everything. I cannot recommend them highly enough! If you are looking for a family owned, quality plumbing business this is the place to use…I know they are my number one contact for the future! I can’t say enough good things about Rod-O-Matic. Garrett and his team are great especially Tony. They are honest, hard working, and very particular about the work they do. I’ve used them a few times now on different things and I will keep calling them back when I need them .

I cant say enough about the customer service, response time, professionalism of this company! I can see why they are always given a 5 star rating!!! Left a message before they opened, Brianna called me 5 mins later. Within 30 minutes Tony & Dusty were in my driveway. They handled EVERYTHING! From moving things out, shutting the water off to the house. Explained what they were doing. In less than 2 hours they had the install complete, cleaned up my floors, everything back in its place.
