Very nice on the phone. In short notice a guy was sent to my house, I was contacted every step of the way. He called me and we talked about the problem with my AC unit. He fixed it quickly while I was at work and I honestly felt like I was walking through the whole process with him. I don't know the usual cost of ac work but it seemed very fair. Top notch.

It was already 85 degrees out when I called early on a Friday morning. One of only a couple close companies that do rooftop commercial units I think. The receptionist was very friendly and gave me a 3 hour window for an appointment THAT DAY. That doesn't happen often. Our strip mall and shop was split up 20 years ago leaving separate furnace & AC units that are confusing. By the time the workman got here, it was 104 degrees outside, probably 120 on the roof. He was diligent & precise & got the work done. One bad capacitor later, we're chillin :D

An extremely professional team. From the time I placed the initial call, Tracy continued to provide updates to when we could expect a technician arriving at our house.Dustin provided outstanding service, going through an extensive troubleshooting process, explaining the issues and then talking through the recommended actions. He then expertly replaced the required components and finished with a thorough inspection of the entire system before completing the work.I highly recommend Reece for their professionalism and genuine concern for their customers' needs.
