This is the service repair technician!! I am honestly shocked at the quality of service and responsiveness I just received. Scott showed up and diagnosed the problem quickly on my older unit. He was very knowledgeable about the product and educated me on a few details to help me in the future. I am convinced, however, that NOBODY would have been as honest with their pricing though.
