People of KC! This guy is amazing!Got home and my AC was out. During the worst heat wave I've ever seen in my life. I googled the nearest service, and this showed up. I called Scott at 540, he was here by 615, and it was fixed a half hour later. Best experience I've ever had as a customer for any service. And he refused to let me tip. A+ service, A+ guy. Thanks, man!!!

This is the service repair technician!! I am honestly shocked at the quality of service and responsiveness I just received. Scott showed up and diagnosed the problem quickly on my older unit. He was very knowledgeable about the product and educated me on a few details to help me in the future. I am convinced, however, that NOBODY would have been as honest with their pricing though. If you want great work coupled with honest pricing then call Red's Repair. I will be using Scott indefinitely now.Service: Heating system maintenance
