This company and Justin in particular has been wonderful to work with! Justin is so professional and his work is top quality. Haley is always flexible and friendly for scheduling. As a large over 300 unit apartment complex, we highly value Rainbow Restoration as our top choice for carpet restoration. Always professional and accommodating, providing high quality service. Our apartment recently flooded, they called out a different company to help us; and they were unfortunately not very helpful and left the carpet pretty soaked and not looking great, they barely touched the carpets compared to these guys! Justin and EJ or DJ ( i had a hard time hearing their names so i hope i got them right! ) they were amazing! the carpet looked great afterwards and they were very sweet and got the job done in a timely manner. thank you guys so much! you guys are great!
My family and I can’t say enough about Rainbow International. Like a lot of people, we had a pipe burst and water damage during the most recent deep freeze in Kansas City. Our insurance agent suggested Rainbow. Jared James and his team arrived the same day, took detailed records for insurance, and started the dry out process immediately. For 6 straight days someone from rainbow was here checking on things, cleaning up, explaining to us the process, etc. Every person we met was extremely helpful and courteous. I’d recommend Rainbow and especially Jared’s team to anyone dealing with water damage. They set the bar very high on customer service.
