I went by the Brookside store Monday morning to see if my dry cleaning was ready. The nice lady on staff said they'd send me a text when it was in. I returned a few hours later after receiving the text. As soon as she saw me, she was gathering my stuff. Didn't even have to give my name. That's impressive customer service.

I haven't been to this Cleaners in years. I had EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE then & it still has EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE very PROFESSIONAL. A Lady received my Dress & a Gentleman was there when I picked it up (EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE & ON TIME AS PROMISED)
