Laura and Stephen are absolutely phenomenal. Quick responses, and they go above and beyond for their customers. Had my AC go out and they worked in the rain to get it back working for me. They also explained to me in detail the process and helped me understand fixes I may need in the future. There is no other team that compares. I will choose them every time! I did my due diligence and got three bids for a new HVAC system and also a removal and replacement water heater. I thought that I would have to settle on a less than top tier system since my first two bids were completely out of my price range. Premier Comfort’s bid gave me the system I wanted at a price that would only give me a mid tier system with the other two companies.
