Gracie Jiu Jitsu for the win! I just switched from Taekwondo to the Jiu Jitsu class and I am loving it. The people at the school and in the classes are great. My martial arts journey started here at 48. I would recommend this school for children (Master Coleman is wonderful with children) and adults. As a drug addict and alcoholic in recovery, it was a miracle that I found this school. I have to be surrounded by healthy people to recover. No complaints about Taekwondo classes, Jiu Jitsu was just a better match for my style (perhaps my wrestling and law enforcement background influenced my decision).

Our 8-year-old son has been participating in POW for more than a year. Prior to attending POW, he was receiving Physical Therapy for muscle tightness and weakness. His doctor has been so pleased with the increase in mobility achieved by attending POW, we were able to discontinue PT. Our son loves POW and looks forward to classes. Master Coleman is amazing with the children he teaches. Not only is our son getting the PT he needs, he’s also learning discipline, bully defense and other skills. We are so thankful we found the POW family.

However, he decided despite that we should stay and continue to grow in our... read full review
