This Company is Brilliant! The IKAN app is the best! I have been renewing mt tags for a few years on the app and loved not going to the DMV. This year I renewed my drivers license with out leaving home and having to have my boss cover the phones for me. Love it! Thank you!

I've been using the website for years and never a negative experience. Also, the site is user-friendly and imo all of the information one would need is provided on the site. If I had read a little more, I wouldn't have needed to contact anyone. Never the less, this was the first time that I contacted someone and my experience remained the same...awesome! The representative named Meghan was fast with her responses and she's knowledgeable. She provided me with the information that I needed and my issue was solved quickly. Thanks for providing a real person because I'm so over others using bots! ?
