My daughter died unexpectedly and every single member of staff made this tragedy more bearable with their compassion, kindness and attention to detail. Jenny was very caring & compassionate, & helped us thru the entire process: cremation arrangements; nontraditional understated memorial; acquiring the death certificates. There was no pressure to purchase any of their goods/ services. Best experience one could hope for during an otherwise stressful time.
