I was practically hung up on three times after calling this clinic trying to figure out care for my mom.
Jody should not be interacting with customers if she doesn’t have the temperament to answer simple questions. Perhaps she should’ve stayed at home today if she didn’t want to do her job
I was hung up on multiple times and she refused to answer any of my questions.
The medical professionals at this facility are fantastic. The admin staff should be fired.

I was struggling to find a new doctor after switching insurance companies, and it was becoming really frustrating. Despite that, the scheduler I spoke with was incredibly helpful—she stayed calm, empathetic, and kind, and went out of her way to help me get the earliest appointment available.
Since the addition of NP Emily, we are even more in love with Northland Family. She is smart and has an endless amount of knowledge that we need. She is also younger, which is a nessessity when dealing with my two young daughters. They really connect with her!! We have seen Dr. Dan for most my children's lives and all the staff there are always happy to help us out. Are they stressed and oh so very busy, sure, but who isn't these days!! We will continue to enjoy getting our medical needs at Northland Family!
