Our experience was a long process, mostly due to supply problems, and possibly,some illness of worker problems. However, our work was done exactly as we had contracted for exactly what they bid. Our bathroom looks good, and everything works perfectly. They took pains to make everything look professionally installed and we are pleased. We were actually in touch with one of the manufacturers who kept us up to date with their challenges getting materials to do the job. They did a good job for us.
